How long should I set aside for my appointment?
Cuts usually take about an hour. Colour services range from two to four hours depending on the technique, and we'll give you a closer estimate when we confirm.
Do I need a patch or strand test before colour?
If you're new to us or trying a new colour line, we ask for a quick test at least 48 hours before your appointment. It keeps your skin and hair safe.
My hair is already coloured. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Let us know what was used and when. Colour corrections are planned carefully and may be done across more than one visit.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just reply to your confirmation as early as you can, ideally 48 hours ahead, and we'll find another time that works.
